As well as the usual cake stall, produce, tombola and raffle there were stalls selling craft goods, cards, jewellery and Christmas goods.
The Cafe upstairs had a steady flow of customers who enjoyed the soup, rolls and cake.
The total raised so far stands at £2,032.09 with a little more still to come in.
Our next major event will be the Nativity Festival on Sunday 1st December in the Boys' Sunday School as part of the town Christmas Market- come and bring a present (unwrapped) to leave at the Crib. These will be sent on to disadvantaged children in Leeds, Hull and York.
