Praise & Play restarts on Monday 11th September, meeting at 1.15pm in the Boys' Sunday School for drinks, toys and chat, before moving into the church for a fun time of songs, actions and Bible stories.

on Sunday 17th September at 10.30am Morning Prayer with a Commemoration of the Battle of Britain. We will be joined by members of the 2434 (Church Fenton) Squadron Air Training Corps and the Tadcaster RAFA Registered Members Group. Everyone is very welcome to come along to mark this occasion. Harvest Fest 2017. Friday 29th September. Our weekend will start with a concert at 7.30pm by The White Rose Male Voice Praise Tickets price £7.50 including cheese and wine If purchased in advance (soft drinks for those who prefer) from Stuart & Rita Raggett on 01937 834187 or John & Kath Horton on 01937 530952 Entry at the door on the night will be £10.00. Saturday 30th September The Church will be open all day to give you a chance to see the wonderful Flower Displays. There will be tours of the bell tower and the “Wombel” portable bell will be in the church for people to have a go for themselves. Teas/Coffees, bacon butties and ploughman’s lunches will be served. We are working in collaboration with the Swimming Pool who will be holding their Annual Duck Race in the afternoon. Sunday 1st October. 10:30am, Family Harvest Festival Service. Following the service, the church will be open to see the flowers with ploughman’s lunches and teas etc. being served. At 6.00pm there will be “Hymns and Pimms” (or non- alcoholic drinks for those who prefer). With a choir and music group in addition to our organ We hope we will be joined by anyone from the Town, Benefice and Churches Together in Tadcaster for a grand celebration |
